Works at the Realex site – Installation of a new tower crane (22–24 July)
From Wednesday 22 to Friday 24 July, works will take place on the Realex site to install a new tower crane.
The works will be carried out during daytime only, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., in accordance with the legally permitted working hours.
The various components of the tower crane will be delivered to the site by lorry and lifted into place using the tower cranes already installed on site. No mobile crane will be positioned on Rue Jacques de Lalaing, and no road closures are planned. Traffic will therefore remain open throughout the works.
We will do everything possible to minimise disruption and thank you for your understanding during these works.

carefully plan sensitive operations,
-
limit occupation of public roads,
-
comply with applicable permits,
-
and maintain transparent communication.
By nature, the construction site remains subject to change and certain adjustments may be necessary, but we ensure that their impact is managed responsibly and communicated transparently as soon as possible.
